Acceptance of the terms
The purchase of SOMA tickets implies acceptance of the following terms. You can see the ticket types and prices on the tickets page.
Access to the event
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Access to the venue may require the presentation of an identity document.
Ticket types
Each ticket type grants access according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase. Access to the Congress area requires the purchase of the Congress Pack, which is not included in standard tickets.
Policy on the use of tickets by day
One-day tickets are valid exclusively for the date selected at the time of purchase.
If the visitor wishes to attend more than one day of the event, they must purchase a Professional ticket (4 days) or a Festival ticket (3 days). Buying several one-day tickets in the same person’s name in order to access different days is not permitted. If this practice is detected, those tickets may be cancelled without any right to a refund.
Changes, resale and cancellations
Once the purchase has been made, no changes or refunds are accepted, except in the event of cancellation of the event.
The resale of SOMA tickets is not permitted and will result in the cancellation of the ticket without any right to a refund.
Access and control
The organisers reserve the right of admission and may deny access or withdraw accreditation in the event of misuse or non-compliance with the rules of the event.
Programme
The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, timetables or content for organisational reasons or reasons of force majeure. You can consult the current programme on the programme page.
